My responsibilities at Raja UK have been exciting and included leading the IT systems iteration of a project to integrate data of an acquired business into RAJA ERP system. My tasks were to obtain user and system requirements from stakeholders, guide analysts on the data cleansing process and collaborate with developers to deliver business requirements. The integration was a success and led to an increase in orders due to cross and up-selling of products.Raja UK recently moved into a new building. During this process, I managed user expectations by ensuring users had access to all necessary IT equipment and services to continue working effectively from home and returning to the office was seamless.I was also involved in the upgrading of the ERP system from Navision 09 to 2017 version and the implementation of Reflex warehouse management system.Along with project work, my daily activities included providing service desk and application support to users, administering the Mitel phone system and maintenance of the network infrastructure.

Provided application support to users across European offices by responding to tickets in a timely manner and keeping them up to date on the progress of the tickets.Applied database,analytic and problem solving skills to investigate and administer data driven solutions for forecasting,logistics,supply chain, financial systems eg. Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and commercial kpi dashboards using Power BI.Adhered to processes for operational changes and presented changes efficiently to the Change Administration Board. Own and deliver fix and enhance work.Built self-help guides for users to reduce number of requests.Mentored new members of the team by sharing technical knowledge and best practises.

• Investigated system issues promptly and providing data changes or fixes as appropriate. This included troubleshooting T-SQL, SSIS, ETL process, IBM Cognos and Qlikview application issues.

• I provided network support to over 100 users in a multi-tenant environment, both face to face and remotely.
