As a Custom Home Specialist, I work with clients from the first contact, through designing a plan, making all of the design decsions in a home and throughout consturction. I help ensure everything the client needs is relayed to our company and subcontractors so there are no miscommunications. Throughout construction, I work with clients at various stages where they get to be hands-on in choosing placement of certain things and I work with our team to be sure everything is correct.

After obtaining my Real Estate Broker license, my role at Copper Creek Realty changed from REALTOR® to Sales Manager. As Sales Manager of Copper Creek Realty, I am responsible for managing the files of all of our real estate agents. I assist our agents in any way possible so that they may be successful in their real estate endeavors. I oversee all of our listings and monitor that the rules are being followed and our clients listing is being represented and marketed in the best way possible to lead to a sale. I maintain accurate records and ensure our brokerage is following the rules in place by the Missouri Real Estate Commission. In order to be sure our brokerage is functioning at a high, competitive level, I consistently take courses to strengthen my knowledge of the real estate industry and the tools available to us.As Marketing Director at Copper Creek Realty I am responsible for marketing 10+ properties, 2+ subdivisions, our brokerage and Hemme Construction homes at any given time. I do this with 5+ social media accounts, two websites and a mix of print and video marketing as well. I constantly work to find new creative ways to get our homes sold and to gain new construction custom home clients for Hemme Construction. In order to best market our homes, I take photography classes to be sure that our listing photos exceed the industry standard. I also work closely with our founder and owner to build and maintain relationships with vendors. I keep up with marketing classes and study new platforms to be sure we maintain a strong presence in our target market despite the ever-changing technologies.

I handle all social media and some Web design for a team of three Realtors through Weichert Realty. I also do client correspondence and processing of listings. Long-term, I am hands-on with several team projects used to grow and engage the teams customer base. It is also my job to be sure we are staying on top of the best practices possible within the Real Estate business and constantly look for ways to improve. In addition to office work, I help plan their annual appreciation party for clients and friends and do some door-to-door marketing in certain neighborhoods. Someday soon I would like to earn my Real Estate sales license.

I drive new business and manage current business from advertisers for Division-D. I prospect for new clients and work with them directly to get a campaign active. I listen to their needs and customize a plan that exceeds that. Once a client has an active campaign with us, I coordinate closely with a management team to be sure optimizations are being made to keep the campaign at the best it can be for our client. I also maintain a high level of customer service throughout active campaigns, keeping the client updated with reports and recommendations for optimizations.

I handle all customer issues on the sales floor, as well as promote and sell our product to customers. I also help in maintaining the look of our store by properly merchandising our product. At all times, I organize the layout of current product and work in anything new. I market the product online, as well, through the creation and maintenance of a Pinterest page.

I was one of the campus liaisons to promote Mizzou Game Day Khakis for Dockers. My team and I host fun activities to promote and give away the pants. There is also a lot of social media marketing involved.

Here I handled customer needs face-to-face and over the phone each and every day. I also learned how to be a good salesperson and how to appropriately follow-up with customers. I was able to maintain the Sterling’s Six Standards: Sales, Credit, PPP, Repairs, Add-ons, and Warranty.

Working for the National FFA Alumni Association has been one of the best experiences in my life, thus far. I handled all online presence which consisted of the following: Facebook, Twitter, WordPress, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn and some Web site reconstruction. I also created many documents and graphic images for the National FFA Alumni to use for print media or for PowerPoint presentations. Working here also included event planning and coordinating. I loved everything about this internship experience.

Through having this job, I was trusted to deal with people's finances day-to-day. I learned how to accurately count and keep a register balanced.

Here, I got to learn and practice all aspects to running a flower shop. I made fresh and silk arrangements, made deliveries, did set ups for weddings, did business with the wholesaler, ran the register, cleaned and opened and closed the shop alone on weekends. This is was a great experience to learn customer service and management skills and also bring out my creative side.

At Eva Mae's, I practiced good customer service, acquired professional phone skills and became a good multi-tasker and problem solver.
