Greet guest, get their insurance and identification verified, check them in for their appointments, take payments,get vitals

Answer all incoming calls for the dealership and direct them to the correct departments. Greet all incoming customers and guide them in the direction they needed to go in. Take messages for any salesman or managers and email them. Every morning I posted the dealer numbers from the previous day (accounts receivable work).

Greeting guest. Serving food and beverages in a timely manner. Cleaning duties such as bussing tables and sweeping/mopping after hours.

Answer all calls for the office. Make consultation appointments. Provide adequate information to the lawyer regarding consults. Work hand and hand with the lawyer on cases.
