▪ Participate in the development/ integration of the new system REKAAZ Data Management Tool with other DEWA platforms by Utilizing DEWA Assets. The idea is to provide a centralized database and control of large volume of data related to Distribution Network level under a single platform that linked between stakeholders' processes.▪ Participate in the development/ integration of SAP for business with other DEWA platforms.▪ Study and review the new submission of Major project’s Master Plans.▪ Study and review HV Building NOCs to ensure the availability of source of supply.▪ Study and review Road & Service NOCs for Major Projects.▪ Prepare area reports for Major projects, which contain all the project details such as the project location, the total connected load of the project, the project implementation stages, the type of load, ...etc.▪ Prepare Area Maps for all Major Projects which support the forecast of the power required in the near future.▪ Attend site visits to verify the completion of the project according to the timeline specified in the master plan.▪ Attend meetings with consultants and investors of major projects in Dubai to discuss the obstacles related to the projects and to come up with solutions.▪ Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for HV Building NOCs.

▪ Maintain and develop technical knowledge of VTS products as well as strong understand of HVAC systems in general.▪ Disseminate knowledge across organization through internal and external training and seminars.▪ Research and compile market intelligence including market size & competitive products & pricing.▪ Develop and implement of strategic plan for the products in coordination with the Headquarter.▪ Interview stakeholders to define the business requirements for Platform product & services.▪ Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and progress trackers to provide monthly updates to higher management.▪ Control projects to ensure program progress and on-time, expectation-meeting deliverables.▪ Plan to launch new products and release/manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.▪ Monitor the competition's marketing activities.▪ Gather and submit to headquarters the new technological product solutions of the competition.▪ Negotiate with vendors on availability, product specs, distribution, delivery deadlines and pricing are fundamental aspects of the job.▪ Work closely with the sales team to develop sales tools and training.▪ Conduct and participate periodically of regional structure meetings.▪ Selection HVAC equipment (DX/chilled water) such as AHUs, FCUs, package units and HVAC accessories by using computerized software (VTS Synergy Software).▪ Provide support for Installation, Inspecting and maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment.

▪ Implement the site supervision quality procedures, and review submission requirements of the project, along with the MEP contractor.▪ Review all construction documents and highlight any design and contractual discrepancies with the concerned PM/RE.▪ Ensure that all statutory authority NOC’s / permits / design approvals are available on site for construction.▪ Ensure that the main contractor and nominated MEP contractor coordinate with all concerned authorities’ departments.▪ Extend the maximum possible effort to avoid contractor(s) claims for cost and/or delay.▪ Review any comments on all submittals including contractor design drawings, shop drawings, materials and alternative proposals submitted by contractors.▪ Conduct regular (daily) site visits and supervised, certified the installation of mechanical services ensuring compliance with the contract documents.▪ Routine Inspection of the works carried out by the contractor(s) to ascertain that workis executed in accordance with the Contract Documents and accepted practice.▪ Raise non-conformance notices (NCNs)/reports; site inspections notices (SINs) identify quality deficiencies in conjunction with the PM/RE.▪ Review the corrective actions proposed by the contractor, respond / follow ups and close out procedure.▪ Any potential safety concerns identified at the site shall be reported to site HSEE /PM/RE.▪ Review the site progress and assisted in the review of the contractor’s interim payment application.▪ Verify the accuracy of the contractor’s “As-Built” drawings reflecting in detail the as built conditions and approve the As-Built drawings.▪ Review and approved the contractor’s operations & maintenance manuals.▪ Carry out the final inspection for certification of final completion and handing over of the works.
