•Review Bank policies & procedures/ forms/ applications and service level agreements/customer service commitments related to Proximity Banking Distribution; providing input, review prior to launching and initiating requests for enhancement & optimization of operations and propose re engineering steps to enhance / simplify procedures, eliminate duplication and improve efficiency.•Handle inquiries to ensure abidance by policies & procedures.•Engage to continuous knowledge development… Show more •Review Bank policies & procedures/ forms/ applications and service level agreements/customer service commitments related to Proximity Banking Distribution; providing input, review prior to launching and initiating requests for enhancement & optimization of operations and propose re engineering steps to enhance / simplify procedures, eliminate duplication and improve efficiency.•Handle inquiries to ensure abidance by policies & procedures.•Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.•Handle CBE regulations/circulars related issues related to Proximity Banking Distribution and participate in action plans definition & arrange for availing respective tools to ease the handling of the process and allow for proper CBE reporting; e.g. creating respective folders, accesses, annexes, sheets, reports, etc. •Bank systems/workflows requirements/projects: participating in analyzing, defining, in the integration of technology systems and operations that interface with Bank strategy to ensure timely execution, conduct internal and external research to gather data, analyze, identify, document business and system requirements to facilitate solutions to business issues.•Participate in the testing (UAT) and implementation of any new products/systems •Participate in data cleansing tasks/projects related to operations.•Coordinate G/L substantiation related issues with Finance Control Dept. •Assess requirements for branches office equipment and related issues.•Handle issues related to Corporate Centralization Project & Bills Officers' business •Assist and support the business line to conduct the “Change Management” in line with the Bank’s strategy selling team to ensure high product knowledge and service quality within his/her assigned companies.
