I’ve been in the retail game for over 10 years now, and yes it does say I’m a Lab Services Lead at J&J.With my outgoing, driven, and eager to learn personality I am pretty confident I can excel in this industry. Encouraging people to hone on their skills and strengths and upsell them, draw out their weaknesses and work on them, is what I love! Obviously with that being said, I have weaknesses too.
