_Plan, Implement, monitor, evaluate, and report on project activities within the project area in accordance with the UNFPA /ALIGHT work plans and standards. _Manage and supervise a team of protection staff - caseworkers, psychologists, Protection Officers, and assistants, providing them with training and support to carry out their duties effectively. _Strengthen and build the capacity of locality stakeholders, grassroots community formations such as Community Based Protection Networks on evidence-based advocacy to advance reproductive rights, prevention of FGM & CM as well as prevention of GBV and other harmful traditional practices. _Support the protection team to mobilize communities and facilitate their initiatives to challenge FGM/C and GBV against women and girls. _Ensuring compliance with the zero-tolerance to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse policy_Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of IECs on GBV and FGM&CM in targeted communities.
