-Formulation of Quotations & Tenders for Customers, on approval of Gross Profit Margin-Assembly of Invoices & Delivery notes as per Customer’s requirement-Building the set - Invoices & Delivery Order with required nos. of copies (Receipt Vouchers, Service Reports, Purchase Order) for submission-Development of Sales Orders upon receipt of signed/approved Purchased Order from Customers.-Resolution of Customer queries & efficient communication of solutions on inquiries or orders.-Monitoring the delivery period for the Purchase Orders & following it up with Material Management regarding the items to overcome challenges and penalties.-Creation of Monthly reports such as Outstanding Sales Order & status of delivery for pending orders.-Requisitioning the computation of Bid Bonds & Performance Bonds amount as well as extension of bid bonds if any-Supervision & Coordination of Sales Staff for preparation of tender, invoicing, booking of hotel, ticket and transport, thereby ensuring effective implementation of work flow in thedepartment.
