As a fitness instructor at AL TAMIMI FOR SERVICES AND GLOBAL MAINTANANCE, I provide sports consultations, group fitness classes, personal training, and supervision of the gym equipment. I also prepare and participate in special events and occasions related to the sports field. I have seven years of experience in the sports industry, with a bachelor's degree in nutrition from King Faisal University. I am a member of the Saudi Boxing Federation as a national referee and coach. I am also in the process of preparing my master's thesis in physical education. My core competencies include fitness instruction, personal training, team leadership, nutrition planning, and boxing coaching. I am passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals, and improving their quality of life. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to share my knowledge and expertise with others.
