• Establishing and developing a clear and understandable operational work plan that enables all relevant parties, including donors, work teams, shareholders and others, to follow the progress of work on the project stage.
• Developing the project schedule, determining the activities to be implemented in each stage, and estimating the resources needed for each stage of work.
