Technical Support Analyst
Current▪ Handling all levels of customer support calls including trial installation, implementation, configuration and user training sessions▪ Promplty responding to customer support cases and ensuring their timely completion▪ Going above and beyond by helping customers after-hours ▪ Working in-depth with Microsoft Exchange technology environment, both simple and complex▪ Working on company internal IT infrastructure, ensuring proper configuration, implementation and testing▪ Responsible for ensuring data backups are done every week and immediately resolving any issues which may arise▪ Working on PC hardware and managing servers
