Technical Support Analyst
Current- Handling all levels of customer support calls including trial installation, implementation, configuration and user training sessions
- Promplty responding to customer support cases and ensuring their timely completion
- Going above and beyond by helping customers after-hours
- Working in-depth with Microsoft Exchange technology environment, both simple and complex
- Working on company internal IT infrastructure, ensuring proper configuration, implementation and testing
- Responsible for ensuring data backups are done every week and immediately resolving any issues which may arise
