• Managing & full supervision of recruitment activities plus partnering in managing other talent management activities (Training, Performance Management)• Attractive job vacancy announcements to ensure attracting top talents• Attending job fairs and career fairs to boost our employer brand• Assessing potential candidates as part of the interviewing process "DISC Assessment"• Align with hiring managers assessment reports & conduct a debriefing session to candidates assessed• Ensuring a positive candidate experience to all candidates during the interview process • Conducting competency-based interview CBI to all candidates interviewed for senior & managerial roles• Discuss & negotiate job offers with candidates• Supervise & train junior recruiters• Participate in manpower plan preparing for the new fiscal year• Participate in career events & keep good relations with universities & agencies.• Prepare & discuss financial package & prepare employment offers.• Ensures policies and procedures are followed and ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
