Managing the pipeline of workshop execution requests, through: 1) Customizing based on client needs, 2) Designing, developing and gamifying training material, 3) Leading a small team, and 4) Locating resources within or outside the company to support in the process of training design & development.(Officially started working full time again with Impact in late September, but continued working with them on a freelance basis between June and September.)

An equally client-facing and back office job, where my role is to assess clients' training needs and create and customize the right solutions to fulfill them. This process includes working within the L&D team to gamify, build on, extract from, or optimize existing training material; or create new material from scratch addressing performance level and competency skills on the clients' side.

*A temporary but crucial role in iSpark Egypt, I was the first one to hold that post and helped shape the role itself. Created a holistic vision of the attendee experience at TRAVERSE, iSpark's annual conference for high school students. The role involved coming up with new ideas, coordination among different teams and individuals, turning concepts into tangible activities, executing things personally, monitoring and evaluation, and final reporting.

A seemingly short journey with a great company, where I went from a freelancer/part-timer to - unofficially - leading the digital marketing team. My job was stretched between client handling, strategy setting, content creation and execution, and dealing with in-house and outsourced designers. I have gained so many skills during that year at Robusta, and sharpened my multi-tasking skills to a great extent.

I filled in for an English teacher who left the school mid-year. It was my first teaching job, and I was able to smoothly pick it up and continue the academic year - which ends in May 2015.This post was a part time one besides my full-time job at robusta studio.
