I worked at the Jordan Islamic Bank for five years in the branch affairs department in the public administration. This department deals with the affairs of the branches in terms of studying the opening of new branches and insurance for them. It is a contact center between the branches and the external official authorities in terms of correspondence. Then I moved to work in Al-Samaha for finance and investment and gained I have been a member of the founding team since its inception. I have been the director of the human resources and training department, which deals with personnel matters, developing their performance, motivating them and developing plans and strategies that contribute to the investment of the human factor in the company. I have a general idea about the work of the follow-up and collection department and the legal department in the company. I also played a prominent role in participation and organization in many conferences, events and exhibitions with some external bodies in which the company participated. in light of the company's belief in the importance of activating its role in social responsibility, in addition to my work in financing the women's sector by attracting women with small and medium enterprises and seeking to develop these projects through the study Economic empowerment of these women, and linking them to the constructive role of women in the Kingdom .
