o Provide leadership, motivation, coaching and mentoring to the team with a view to aligning them with departmental goals.o Oversee day-to-day teams' operation by doing regular performance evaluation and monitor team performance.o Conduct training workshops to improve the performance of the members who were lagging behind in terms of performance.o Identify measurable key performance indicators (KPI), meets KPI targets and seeks continual improvement within the team.o Plan and organize team-building activities.o Organize and conduct annual performance appraisals meeting.o Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments.

o Conduct on‐job‐training sessions for the trainees about the job nature, the daily tasks, and different techniques used for editing the figures to guarantee a clear understanding of the job.o Communicate all work-related updates to the trainees.o Handle any irregular cases raised by the trainees.o Evaluate the trainees’ performance on a regular basis to clarify their work quantity, quality, and progress rate to the supervisor.o Evaluate each trainee’s performance after the probation period and deliver the feedback to the Performance Management team and the supervisor.o Motivating and inspiring the trainees to do their best work.o Update on‐job‐training materials on a regular basis in order to include the most recent work updates.

o Make sure that quality assurance standards are adequate by revising the content and identify the areas of improvement.o Detect coaching needs and take actions in accordance with these needs in order to ensure compliance with quality standards.o Guide new QA Specialists on current QA processes.o Proofread the delivered products to ensure quality before finalizing the product.o Create and submit detailed reports and provide recommendations for improvements.

o Create and edit figures, graphs, and photos using Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop according to the guidelines in order to achieve desired results.o Use various technologies to produce the best graphic works.o Manage and deliver graphic projects within established timelines.o Provide suggestions and ideas to improve the handbook.o Change and review the work of junior colleagues.o Perform related duties as assigned.
