1. Responsible of the data entry and preparing invoices for customers on daily basis.2. Reconciling bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger on monthly basis.3. Responsible of processing monthly payroll, and preparing social security sheet.4. Preparing and reviewing revenue, expense entries, invoices, and other accounting documents, and Ensuring periodic closing, within time limits.5. Responsible of preparing checks for suppliers, reconciling daily checks reports and suppliers statements, and issuing of payments.6. Preparing special financial reports to the accounting manager.7. Work closely with personnel in other departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.8. Responsible of daily cash position, petty cash, expenses, transfers, invoicing and all accounting journals.9. Responsible of recording all purchases of fixed assets and preparing monthly depreciation.
