Sales finance • Managing the Responsibility for handing over all payments to the Finance department• Leading the Accountability for Receiving the client’s payments ( Cash / checks)• Leading Sales finance unit team concerning ERP launching • Leading the Development process for updating the system by all new payments delivered by the clients• Full responsibility for the reservation/registration systems for all the company database• Supervising all clients interviews which related to payments review, payments reschedule or changing checks.Sales Back Office • Managing the Responsibility of contracts auditing and filing • Managing the contracts signature and hand over process• Leading on Handling all legal requests and responsible for all projects legal documents• Leading the task of developing contracts templates for different projects and launching new templates for new projects. • Managing the process of Issuing formal letters and notifications and sending them to the clients• Supervising the process of preparing new contracts for all death cases and handling the ownership transferring requests.• Work along with business development department to implement the objectives of marketing campaigns.
