My main responsibilities are:•Projects planning and prioritization of resource conflicts, customer demands, support issues. •Keep the development team on track, move things out of their way that are stopping them work where possible.•Make sure that the team is communicating with the customer the right amount. This tends to be equal parts keeping the customer away from the team, and making sure the team is asking the customer about things they don't fully understand.•Work with the team to ensure sufficient processes and tools are in place to meet the requirements of the business and customers.•Ensure that every member of the team is working to at least a reasonable level, and ideally beyond that.

•Lead the planning and implementation of the project•Define projects tasks and resource allocations•Provide direction and support to the project team•Constantly monitor and report on progress to all the stakeholders•Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve the project outputsIn Addition to the project management responsibilities ,also carried out system analysis responsibilities :•Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, site visits, and business process descriptions.•Write requirements specifications according to standard templates, using use cases.

•Gathering out and managing requirements and features to be presented in the system, this has been done throughout many interviews and session with the system users.•Apply the Rational Unified Process on the requirement management by producing the entire requirement documents such as vision, Glossary and Software Requirement Specification.•Using the rational tools to ensure the quality and traceability of the requirements which has been done by using the Rational Requisite Pro, Rational Clear Case and Rational Software Architect.•Communicate with the development team to explain the requirements documents and Verifying that all the requirements can be developed.•Participate in handling the Change Requests from the customer or the development team.
