Current• Handle day to day operations & Employee Relations. • Managing the Manpower planning/ budget of different departments in co-ordination with the Department Managers.• Managing internal and external recruitment process for different positions.• Actively coach and counsel managers in people management practices.• Manage HR programs/practices to complement the achievement of long term strategic business objectives.• Monitor and administer performance management programs and corrective actions.• Ensure adherence and administration of all HR policies, procedures, guidelines and operating and measurement systems.
