• Balance sheet account review and reconciliation and preparation ofassociated BS notes.• Control and preparation of general ledger entries including accruals,Allocations, etc.• Maintain and control the allocation of all international freight invoicesto the inventory parts upon reception• International freight allocation report, GIT VS Freight reconciliation&M&S breakdown report.• Process invoices for payment to all international vendors by checkingInvoices for accuracy,Resolving discrepancies, and entering data into System.• Post all inventory receptions done by material to the GL PO receiptA/C.• Responsible for all intercompany transactions process “SOR, DN”With all SLB location (Inventory transfer In/Out).• Reconcile all trade and non-trade account receivable with SLB FinanceGenerate the monthly GL VS SL reports

• Prepare and verify a monthly analysis for all the general ledgeraccounts.• Prepare a monthly payable analysis report.• Adding, reviewing and maintain the suppliers master data files andrespond to suppliers queries.• Review the time sheets, transportation’s, overtime and medicalexpenses for the contractors.• Prepare analysis of accounts.• Petty cash holding• Handling and preparing the tax reports with the tax Authority.Responsible for all the governmental payments (social security, Taxpayments, employees emergency fund, Health Insurance)• Payment of all the utilities (Water, Electricity ,Telephone bills andinternet)• Receive, review and payment of the employees expense claims• Responsible for booking the Company employee’s salaries.• Responsible for the whole payment process till the money reach thesupplier’s bank account.• Comply with applicable company policies, including Personnel andQHSE standard and procedures.• Responsible for issuing the letter of credits and the letter of guaranteeswith the banks.• Responsible for all the communications with the banks including thebalances and daily transactions and solving the issues.• Ensuring adherence to SLB financial procedures within daily financefunction.• Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and proceduresPrepare batches of invoices for data entry• Set invoices up for payment• Ensure approval limits are adhered to with reference to invoicepayments/petty cash approvals.• Process employee expense claims/allowance within required timeframe.• Maintain petty cash balance and associated reconciliation.• Ensure departments filing is maintained accurately and timely.• Any other duties that may be required within the finance function.Process backup reports after data entry• Prepare and process accounts payable checks, wire transfers Monthlyreconciliation of payments• Prepare analysis of accounts
