- Working as a cashier but quickly earned my managers trust to be given additional managerial duties such as training new hires, handling lottery count, etc… . - Engaging with customers has taught me to not only be patient but resilient too.- Working as a part-time crew member requires me to not only communicate with the customer but with the different managers I am working with. I am hoping to have a learning relationship and hopefully your institute will recognise that.

- Citizen Advice is an organisation which helps give legal advice to those in need. Their focus is on: debt, energy and utility.- Created Miller case files, handled new client databases whilst having client confidentiality as the priority.- Collaborated with team members who motivated me to hopefully start my own journey of becoming an altruistic individual who can influence others.- Desire to help others hence, I do not shy away from difficult scenarios that consist of pressure. I look forward to the intrinsic rewards of completing a challenging task.

- Built a natural rapport with the students coming from my ability to stimulate a conversation based on common grounds and general interest.- Planned lessons on topics which the students struggled with and delivered them so that they left optimistic. This has enabled me to better adapt to situations where even I may not have been as self-assured and to encourage my students to work better as a team as it sprouts the students to bounce ideas off of each other and helps them voice their opinions. - This experience has taught me to be more efficient with my work, creative with the way I teach so that I am engaging with the students rather than boring them and to be more open minded to other people's constructive criticism.
