Senior Human Resources Generalist
Current- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.- Create HR Policies and ensure all company policies are applied consistently.- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.- Support in recruiting and hiring a competent workforce.- Chairs any employee selection committees or meetings for the middle and lower positions as delegated by the executive board.- Draft staff work contracts for the executive board validation and signature.- Assist the executive board in searching and updating the best sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates for the open vacancies.- Manage the contact with the labor and insurance office in Egypt for employee reports and declarations.- Ensure job descriptions are up to date.- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.Maintain HR systems and processes.
