Initially it was made up of Windows NT4/Exchange 5.5 with Trend Micro Interscan and Viruswall, and Backup Exec 8.x, then migrated to Windows 2003/Exchange 2003 with Trend Micro Interscan Messaging Security Suite, KVS Email Vault, and SQL Server 2000 (for storing KVS databases). All servers, except the backup server, were setup in two node cluster and connected to HP MSA1000 SAN storage system. Built and configured servers, and resolved any issues that arise. Designed and implemented Backup Exec with HP DLT Tape Library, and managed SAN storage devices. Designed and implemented the Trend Micro AV solutions and managed its operations. Maintained the environment secured by regularly monitor emerging internet threats and security patch releases, and take the necessary actions.
