- Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution.- Calculate premiums and establish payment method.- Offer property and casualty, life, health, disability, and long-term care insurance.- Maintain regular contact with clients.- Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling- Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.

- Handling technical issues. - Making new subscriptions for customers.- Receiving inbound calls and handles all customers’ requests and queries and complains over the phone.- Calling customers back after 48 hours to make sure issue is resolved.- Handling customers billing.- Maintains call center database by entering information.- Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts explaining new features. - Supervision and training of new employees.
