- Supervise, plan and implement all maintenance activities- Follow up on any projects in building, review the plan, timeline and present final reports - Develop and organize preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs for all the building facilities and equipment- Prepare facility maintenance budget, submit budget recommendations, monitor budget expenditures, and prepare cost estimates- Responsible for equipment procurement, prepare comparisons & evaluation reports for selection between different service providers & suppliers- Ensuring to get the best deals for both price and quality - Order supplies and tools, tracks orders and confirms system delivery dates and costs until the supplier receive his cheque- Handle all maintenance and suppliers contracts- Analyze and resolve concerns, conflicts, and problems of the patrons ensuring that services are provided in a professional and safe manner with best quality
