I can't say I've always had an idea of what I wanted to do in my career. I grew up with ideas of different paths, I could tread down, career wise, but never had a deep understanding of who I was professionally, what I wanted out of a career, and most importantly how that fit into the life and experiences I imagined for myself. Now, I can say that that has changed, although I've worked in different industries, I've not only gotten to experience different roles, recognize untapped strengths but I've also got to know myself better, and where I'd like to develop. Creativity energizes me. A balanced opportunity for autonomy motivates me. And continuous learning ties it altogether.I also love an efficient way of doing things, whether that's in communication, project planning, or project building.I've embarked on a journey to learn and grow in the field of Tech, so I can use my creativity, practice autonomy and continuously learn, while maintaining a good work life balance. Through my previous experiences, I've learned the importance of diversity in the workplace, supporting vulnerable groups, the balance of project execution and planning, and learning to cope with any hurdles or bumps along the way.My goal is to use both my people's skills, passion for learning and appreciation of a good system, to succeed in the software industry.
