- Procuring materials for manufacturing and shipment of the final product. This includes identifying and ordering the proper quantity, negotiating pricing and shipment terms and overseeing the timely delivery of materials needed to fulfill customer orders.- Processing orders, completing, and submitting all necessary documentation from the suppliers and overseeing the billing process and paperwork.- Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination- Overseeing arrival of shipments- Solving problems in cases of return of products and following up on claims- Negotiate transport or logistics rates with suppliers so as to improve the supply chain- Monitor the entire process of product movement

Import Shipping Coordinator- Arrange communications between sales groups and national or international customers.- Assist vendors with preparation of commercial documents for first sale (international)transactions.- Responsible for arranging shipments.- Tracking of incoming shipments.- Prepare and confirming order approval, handling pricing information, and releasing invoices.- Prepare & process all import documents and broker invoices,along with managing all shipments with freight carriers and customers.- Observe the movement of test commodities and goods and assessing photo experiments on a daily basis.- Maintain Import and Export document filed in accordance with Federal regulations and Company policy.- Liaise with CS staff to ensure appropriate information is provided in a timely manner.- Taking care of all other activities that fall under the jurisdiction of an import coordinator.
