About Eman Fawzy El Bahnasawy

Eman Fawzy El-Bahnasawy, born in the Arab Republic of Egypt, beganstudying law in 2004 and started her legal career in 2008 when she joinedUNICEF as a legal supervisor for three years. During this time, she managedover 39 employees divided into 15 teams, trained more than 450 staff, andorganized 48 UNICEF training sessions, gaining valuable experience in therules, standards, and operational controls of international projects. Sheobtained a Master's degree in Public Law and Administrative Sciences andthen worked as a legal trainer at the Ministry of Education. While workingthere, she studied for a diploma in education and psychology before movingto the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade as an administrativedevelopment researcher. Later, she worked in one of the economicauthorities of the Ministry of Finance, where she monitored legalirregularities resulting in claims estimated at 12 billion Egyptian pounds.She succeeded in resolving 17 out of 23 disputes between governmentinstitutions amicably after referring them to prosecution.Eman then moved to work at Andrews Kurth law firm as a corporate lawyerin the construction, petroleum, and energy sectors. During this time, sheearned a professional Master's degree in Business Administration, a diplomain legal translation, and a UN translation diploma from the AmericanUniversity in Cairo. She trained 70 executives and 130 supervisory leaders inthe Egyptian government on civil service law as part of a cooperationprotocol between the Ministry of Planning, Monitoring, and AdministrativeReform and the National Training Academy for Administrative Skills ofState's Administrative Apparatus' Employees. She received training in 26different specializations, including leadership, quality, human resources,risk management, energy, digital transformation, and marketing.Eman has conducted four research studies in education, administration, law,and sustainable development, and prepared four sustainable developmentprojects in investment, population growth, innovation, and human resourcedevelopment. She attended more than 28 conferences in law, arbitration,economy, sustainable development, energy, and youth.
