- Twenty-five years of professional experience in the pulp and paper, sugar and ethanol segments, wood panels and medical devices (implants and equipments), working in the areas of Instrumentation, Automation, Electrical Maintenance, Production, Quality, Management Systems, Industrial Management, Controller, Head of Operations / COO and CFO.- Strong ability to diagnose business, strategic and financial planning, budget and cost control, evaluate and redefine processes, Lean Manufacturing implementation, cost reduction plans, implementation of KAIZEN teams, OEE management and other important KPIs, ensuring returns on capital and assets.- Experience in “big four” audited companies, Lei do Bem and Pleito da Lei da Informativa.- Solid experience in expansion, adaptation and “start up” activities of manufacturing plants.- Intense interface with Commercial and Marketing, S&OP and Budget elaboration.- Skilled in the relationship with Suppliers, Clients, Regulatory Bodies (ANVISA / VISA), Class Associations and Community.- Domain in the implementation of management systems such as GMP, Quality (ISO 9001/13485), Environmental (ISO 14001) and Safety and Health (OHSAS 18001).- Development of new processes and products with foreign suppliers, engineers and researchers.- Experience in the development of product supply by third parties.- Negotiation and management of processes and projects, with a systemic and analytical view.- User of ERP systems such as TOTVS; Advanced Office suite (Word, Excel and Power Point).
