Eng. Eman Oriby acts as a Vice Chair of the Arabic Devision of Experts on geographical Names UNGEGN ,She has a long history as an international expert on standardization of geographical names and integration of spatial and statistical information and on setting standards, specifications and strategies for integrating statistical and spatial information to serve sustainable development goals with the relevant United Nations expert teams.Her current position is general manager of Health and Social Services software department at the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS), Egypt.She is experienced in advanced spatial analysis and has a demonstrated history of strategic planning and project management of statistical GIS applications. She is Skilled in Arcgis Products, Python (Programming Language), Geospatial data science, and Databases. She has a strong Geospatial information experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science and automatic control engineering, Diplome Inter-Universtaire GIS4D from both EPHE Sorbonne, Claud Bernard Lyon1 France which is a progressive high study in spatial, statistical analysis, Simulation, and complex systems also have a “Diplome formation en visulasion de dunes “auttour de le atlas enjeur,concepts, mise en partique” which is a high study for forming Atlases and data visualization concepts and methods from UMIFRE, France. She participated in the development of the management strategy, including setting long and short-term management goals and ensuring that its goals are achieved and in developing and drawing internal policies and procedures for the Department of geographic information systems.She participated on setting and adopting national standards and specifications related to the geographic information systems of Egypt.Provide technical assistance to other governmental bodies concerned with matters related to geographic information systems.Spatial information infrastructure consultant with the relevant authorities.Supervising the production of statistical atlases.Providing maps for the CAPMAS Geoportal.Participateing in the work of the national, regional and international committees of statistics, geographical information, and sustainable development goals.Performing Advanced spatial and statistical analysis of data and making studies therein, and presenting these studies with working papers at national, regional and international conferences.
