Main deliverables: - Coordinate teams for development and maintenance of Power BI & Cognos Platforms- Support Dealwise project on BI & Data Science craftmanship- Build and support complex dashboards for several regulatory reporting solutions for ECB, National Banks as well as BI solutions for metrics and KPI's monitoring used for internal decision by ING IT Management and different business lines within ING GroupResponsabilities:- Building and coordinating the Business Intelligence Area, in charge of the development activities for the BI teams deployed for the various countries where ING operates. - Dealing with integration, ETL flows, data modeling and analysis, data mining, BI development, business and data analysis- Coordinating several teams of BI developers, using Microsoft stack ( SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, Sharepoint), IBM Cognos ( administration, framework, report and analysis studio, business insight advanced ) and Azure ecosystem ( ML, AI, Data Factory, etc. ) - Coordinating several teams of Business Analysts and Data Analysts - Working together with stakeholders from different domains like Wholesale Banking (WB), Banking Platform Technology (BTP), Non Financial Risk (NFR), IT Transformation & Innovation to meet the strategic business objectives of the Bank.- Orchestrate effective transition projects according with ING Transition framework, together with help of different Support Functions (e.g. HR, Transition Management, Service Level Management, etc.) and in close cooperation with global ING functional lines

- Grow a team of BI developers from 1 engineer to 25, using Microsoft stack ( SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, Power View, SharePoint ) for development of several BI solutions in areas like clients and know your customer, lending, financial markets, taxes, regulatory reporting, using large volumes of data.- Collaborate with global business stakeholders to gather requirements and to set priorities and expectations- Develop department goals which support corporate objectives. Direct the assignment of projects and distribution of workload to support the achievement of goals- Manage the research of technical solutions to meet strategic business objectives- Develop and create business intelligence solutions- Keep up to date with the latest industry standards and trends in the area of business intelligence in order to determine improvements to application solutions

- IT Coordination activity data migration from source systems of bank to the new core bankig - IT Lead of two streams related project : NBR Reporting and Provisioning- Development of automation solutions for extraction, processing and transformation of current systems data using ETL's and data integration into the structures of the new Core- Creating automatic reconciliation tool for various teams in the project (financial / lending / sales / risk / operations)- Work closely with Oracle Team for the alignment of data structures needed on new core system.- Create integrated solution for reporting data quality errors and other reports need in project

- Coordinate reporting activity to the entire bank- Ensure and maintenance a high quality of reports provided by the improvement and development of the bank DWH , using the latest Microsoft technologies; SAS implementation of the first cube in the bank on the evolution of sales in all business segments- Provide and develop reports sent / requested to / NBR / state entities etc.- Develop several Data Mart's for NBR / Sales / Controlling / Risk- Implementation of automated solutions on working with large volumes of data using ETL / SSIS / SSRS / SSAS , reducing extract and processing times- Create dashboards, / KPI's / statistics / analysis

- Coordinating activities reporting for Retail Credit Divison and the other divisions and departments- Development and maintenance of monthly and quarterly reports for central bank regarding retail/micro/corporate lending activity- Develop applications for Retail Credit Division ( softcollection app, restructuring app, reevaluation app, integrated reports for management regarding activities of sales, softcollection, restruturing )

- Create reports for Management and other divisions of bank, NBR , VBAG Group- Develop web applications for Retail Credit Division using Sql Server , Php- Maintenance and development reconciliation tool for credit risk provisions
