I lead teams and companies so they can perform at their very best.I solve problems, usually by developing software, sometimes with a conversation, but always focusing on keeping both the final user’s experience and the technical excellence at their highest, using the industry’s best practices (Automated Testing, Code Reviews, Continuous Integration, A/B Testing, Emergent Architecture, etc.). My best asset is my skill to have a holistic view of the software solution and use that to achieve the best results possible, fast. I’m a great team player, always happy to help my colleagues and to make sure all important decisions are taken as a team. I’m very adaptable, having had the opportunities on teams and softwares of all shapes and sizes, from being the sole developer to projects over a 100 people strong, from having extremely short deadlines to doing research & development. I’ve also had the opportunity to work as an Project Manager/Agile Coach, which makes it a lot easier for me to work with the Business side of things as well.
