While at Saratoga Rowing Association, my responsibilities include Head Varsity Boys Coach, Middle School Director, ARION Camp Director, Webmaster, Events Coordinator, Vendor Manager, and ARION Assistant Coach/U23 Men's Coach. With a staff of approximately 12 coaches, we manage the day-to-day operations of the boathouse and coaching of approximately 200 middle and high school athletes. In December 2020, I submitted for publication the "USRowing U15 American Development Model Coaching Manual," a 102-page manual with best practices for Middle School Athletes. In 2018, I had the opportunity to represent Team USA at the 2018 World Rowing Championships in Plovdiv, Bulgaria as the coach of the men's lightweight quad. And In the Summer of 2021, after taking a 1-year COVID hiatus, SRA/ARION will be re-launching a coaching internship program under my guidance, specifically targeting and providing opportunities for under-represented coaches.
