I have been a senior associate at De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani since 2009 where I practise in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration and ADR, international transactions with expertise also in insolvency procedures.I assist a number of clients both national and international (in particular, US, Australian, New Zealand, Asian and European companies) in the field of civil and commercial law.Over the years, I have gained significant experience in the field of international commercial arbitration dealing with cases involving the international sale of goods, lease agreements, real estate matters and other commercial disputes. I also regularly assist private clients in the field of international succession involving assets located in Italy and abroad and trusts. In this field, my activity consists in advising clients on legal issues relating to Italian estate administration and property transfers. I also provide advice on specific tax issue related thereto.During my career, I have also gained an in-depth experience in domestic and cross-border litigation, mainly in the areas of civil and commercial law.
