I took up a new challenge in T&C as Senior Project Manager, coming from >10 years experience in the management of multichannel healthcare communication (ARGON, TNW - Italian member of the Indigenus International network of independent healthcare agencies, PREX, GPAnet) working together with both creative and scientific teams. Direct interfaces with Board, Senior executives, KOLs. My responsibilities include development of new business opportunities, key market trends, develop new products and services. 
I have been consistently on the look out for innovative approaches in healthcare communication, working on multidisciplinary and creative programs in the educational area.Key brands supported at Global level: Eylea (Ophtalmology), Abraxane (oncology), Cimzia (Rheumatology), including campaigns development and product launch.Key brands supported at local level: Jinarc (nephrology), Lemtrada (MS), GAZYVARO (hematology), Lucentis (ophthalmology), Vidaza (hematology), Decapeptyl, Cabometyx, Ipstyl (oncology), Mirapexin (CNS). I was responsible for the sale of International tailored-made educational CME programs to Sanofi-Aventis (Urology - Othorinolaryngoiatry) in German speaking countries.Before I developed my work as International Manager in the Cosmetic field in Intercos, as International Manager first for USA market (Estee Lauder, Mary Kay, Amway, Herbalife) and then for the start up of the Malaysian partner (2001) to enter the Asian market. Main activities: international marketing strategies and product development for the domestic markets (USA, Asia) communication and training plans.I love taking up new challenges with the freshness and the extent of my curiosity. Passion for customer brands is constantly leading me and inspiring my team.
