Current+ Control and manage IT expenses and investments.+ Manage the SAP ERP system and its modules, understanding the needs of different departments and seeking both system and non-system solutions to meet their demands.+ Monitor IT indicators according to the company's methodology (UGE - Strategic Management Unit).+ Project management for IT initiatives.+ Facilitate and oversee the analysis, selection, development, and implementation of systems, ensuring security and alignment with business needs.+ Understand and analyze the company's business along with different departments to provide technology and innovation solutions.+ Analyze, obtain quotes for, and evaluate contracts and acquisitions of systems, services, and IT equipment.+ Ensure proper administration of the group's IT infrastructure and overall IT services, including:++Oracle Cloud and On-Premise databases.++Virtualized environment using VMWare.++AVAYA telephone system.++BI infrastructure with PDI, SQL Server, and Power BI.++Java development environment with AS Wildfly, Java EE, change management using GIT, among others.++Complementary systems (Roadnet, Totvs RM, Guberman, among others).● Awarded as the Best Coordinator of the UGE (Strategic Management Unit) at CIALNE in 2018.
