Serving as a gatekeeper of all administrative operations with the Senior Vice President's (SVP) office, I streamline logistics, manage projects, and support the executive leadership team and global staff. Prioritizing and managing complex calendars for the C-Suite executives, I handle the coordination of international and domestic travel and of primary stakeholder meetings. Strategically partnering with the SVP and global leadership team, I provide guidance and input regarding company and business organizational affairs to ensure seamless, complex, deadline-driven operations. Served as the gatekeeper of organizational activities with the office of the Vice President (VP) of the Security Business Unit, aligned objectives and key results with project management disciplines while supporting the executive leadership team. I prioritized and managed complex calendars, travel, passports and visas, events, and executive communications for the VP and executive leadership team.

Member of the International Sales Group consisting of three International Sales Regional Vice Presidents and 25 agents in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Australia. Attend weekly staff meetings while providing the full range of administrative support services to the Senior Regional Vice Presidents. Coordinate meetings; manage business calendars; handle international travel arrangements; screen, prioritize and direct telephone, e-mail and mail activity. Work closely with international agents, logistics, finance, and credit managers to coordinate quantity, supply distribution, and sale of products. Also prepare presentation materials for sales meetings and Board of Directors’ meetings. Perform responsibilities with minimal or no supervision. Coordinate loading requirements, specifications, and confirmation of shipment logistics with sales representatives, customers, vessel agents, brokers, forwarders, inspection companies, and plant personnel. Also, communicate with customers and financial institutions on procedures and requirements for opening valid and acceptable letters of credit.
