Following my internship experience, they offered me an employment contract, so I currently fully hold the position of People Cost Planner. Main tasks: 1. Drafting of the personnel cost budget; 2. Drafting of the quarterly Rollings; 3. Analysis of monthly variances; 4. Closing entries for the month, quarter and end of the year; 5. Analysis of the main company KBIs (turnover, absenteeism, overtime, FTEs, Head Counts, etc...); 6. Evaluation of Job Descriptions; 7. Monitoring and planning of holidays and Rol; 8. Monitoring and analysis of the SPP; 9. Compilation of sustainability reports (HR) and annual reports (HR);

During the internship experience I had the opportunity to develop my skills in the field of cost controlling and the management and analysis of personnel costs. I was able to conduct analyzes on the main company KBIs through tools such as SAP, Power BI and Excel, and present the results through the creation of PowerPoint and scorecards. In addition, I also used position evaluation software to evaluate the Job Descriptions provided to me and carried out the necessary accounting entries at the end of each month. In recent months I have been able to concretely work on the budgeting, rolling, analysis and forecasting process of personnel costs. During this experience I was able to interface and collaborate not only with my colleagues in the Reward team and the other HR functions but also with the other company departments, in particular the Finance area. In conclusion, thanks to this experience, not only have I developed the intrinsic skills of the role but I have also improved my team work skills, time/work management, data presentation and analysis and I have understood some of the fundamental skills that a good member of the HR must possess. In addition to the cultural background and professional skills acquired, I consider this internship a wonderful experience also for my personal growth.

During the period indicated, I carried out a curricular internship at the Corporate General Management office of Fincantieri S.p.A (company area: labor costs and budgeting), during which I was able to operate and acquire skills relating:1. to the process of analyzing the main differences between final data and planning forces, hours and costs,2. to the analysis of the deviations between actual data and planned data,3. to the Human Resources area Budget process. In conclusion I was able to carry out and learn the monthly reporting process relating to the trend of the cost of labour, personnel and absenteeism. I was also able to learn and participate in some of the Management Control activities (at the Marine Interiors headquarters).
