Head of the mechanical processing department.I manage the production department (40 people) of mechanical components that supply the textile loom assembly line in the same factory and in other group companies (China and Switzerland), and spare parts all over the world. I organize the production cycle of different components, managing their processing on the available machines, the tasks of the operators and the priorities in order to guarantee delivery within the required time. I'm also responsible for the operators’ safety, the implementation and control of new safety rules.
