I worked on the topic of Photonic-Electronic integration characterizing novel photonic devices and designing low-noise Electronic Systems to boost the sensitivity of Photonic Methane Sensors developed at MIT, in a research collaboration between the "Electronic and Photonic Materials Lab" (MIT) and the "I3N Lab" (Politecnico di Milano).

I've specialized in low-noise electronic design for high-sensitivity measurements of small electronic quantities and properties of microelectronic devices (small currents and voltages, capacitance, impedance), typically with the Lock-in technique.I've been working in the field of Silicon Photonics, designing electronic control systems to monitor, tune and lock the working point of complex photonics circuits, in particular with CLIPP detector (ContactLess Integrated Photonic Probe). I have supported the photonic design to achieve this goal and developed most of the FPGA electronic boards and software algorithms.

Worked as a Teaching Assistant for the course "Fondamenti di Elettronica" ("Fundamentals of Electronics") of Prof. Marco Carminati, teaching practical examples and exercises to complement the theory classes.
