I'm working in Kyocera Document Solution (was Kyoceramita Italia S.P.A) since 2004. I've done may experiences in Service area. I've used my IT background to work into the team had implemented SAP in our company. Before Kyocera I was a Professional Trainer in IT matters and IT Manages in SMB companies. I've a good experience, also, as DBA.For personal interests I studied Open Source Platforms and I was co-author of "Openoffice.org Guida Completa" published in 2004 by Apogeo. This publication was an Openoffice.org guide drawn to follow an logical path to learn the use of the packet but also a guide to follow the Syllabus study, needed to obtain ECDL. I conducted researches and elaborated a template for cost reduction, I've also elaborated a commercial network model which emproves the Multy Layer Marketing, fixing some its week points. I am deeper studying Alfresco solution for document management.
