Ensuring the Manila and Toronto offices, comprised of over 60 employees, are working cohesively to provide clients with unparalleled products and customer service.Identify and develop key strategic partnerships with organizations such as Coralus (formerly SheEO), AWS, Fidelity Investments, Giorgio Armani Canada, Nike Vancouver, and others to enhance client portfolio and revenue streams.Specialization in design and development of FinTech tools and applications for enterprise clients in omni channel environments (online, in branch, mobile). This includes managing user experience design and development teams to ensure features such as identity validation, AML, and compliance are all inline with overall user experience, project, and organization goals.Driving the vision and development of a retail sales solution to enhance transparency and salesforce empowerment through Vector, a web and mobile based SAP compatible enterprise grade sales tool.
