Stanley Black+Decker has acquired Pillo Health.As the company CTO, I managed the whole R&D team (50 people) in all the developing stages, from the idea to the launch into the market. We worked to create the best personal medical assistant for the home, dealing with many on-the-edge technologies, delivering to our customers a great experience.Moreover, I supervised all the activities related to manufacturing, from the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to the whole manufacturing process of a consumer product.The major investors in the company were Stanley Black+Decker and Samsung.The product is sold in the US consumer market by Black+Decker under the Pria name.I developed and managed a multi-million-euros annual operating budget supporting Italian operations, research & development, and manufacturing operations in China.

As Managing Director (or Sole Administrator), I managed daily operations, administration, hiring, negotiations with suppliers, relationship with other local companies, and public administrations.I developed and managed a multi-million-euros annual operating budget supporting Italian operations and research & development.
