I work as Legal Counsel for an international company in the Media industry with a focus on Advertising and IP Law.My main tasks and responsibilities include the review, drafting, negotiation and mediation of domestic and international contracts related to all media & advertising services with an expertise on social media, branded content, and entertainment services. I also manage and coordinate private and public tenders from the review to the assessment of all tender documents in order to provide to BU management an overview of potential legal risks and/or critical issues to face and/or to solve in order to guarantee the participation to the tenders safely.I am actively involved in calls, video calls and conference calls both with clients and media owners/digital players and with my colleagues abroad for project cross markets.As legal owner of all projects and tenders under my management and coordination, I work strictly both with the group functions and with the business departments of all
