Since January 2024 I’m Vice President of Vetrina In USA Inc, a Company based in USA, NY, controlled by the Italian Company Vetrina In S.r.l, with special focus with managing North American clients and relationships with local strategic partners.Since March 2020 I’m Compliance and Legal Officer at Vetrina In S.r.l., focusing on contract management for both clients and suppliers and relationships with national and international public authorities.Management of the Compliance office for the issues regarding health and safety, GDPR, compulsory training courses, internal and external audit, insurance, sustainable development policy, ethical policy.Relationship with professionals in the sector (law firms, accounting firms, patents and trademarks offices, career counselors, health and safety counselors).Advisory activity and support to the HR management.Since March 2019 to January 2024 I have been operation manager at the USA branch of the Company (residing until March 2020), and my duties were to constitute the Company’s assets, manage the relationship with the local Authorities, clients and suppliers, recruit the local crew and increase the business overseas.From January 2009 to February 2019 I have been Production Manager of the Company, a multi sector firm, with several production branches (carpentry, plastic processing, painting department, electrician’s department, metalworking, logistics, warehousing, fitting team).My career has led me to specialize increasingly in the management of complex projects at international levels with focus on taylor made furniture and display for fashion and luxury special events. My strenghts are strategic forward-planning, obsessive observance of deadlines, capability of crisis management where necessary, modern leadership through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations. My own cosmopolitan background and interests in other cultures, along with fluent English, have also left me confident in handling negotiations that require the reconciliation of different national approaches to otherwise common problems.
