(Bulgaria), the first international email marketing agency established in the Balkans.With over 30 years of managerial experience, I have led several companies across the advertising, marketing, and ICT sectors. In 2020, we introduced our integrated ID verification service, which now manages over 1.6 billion consumer profiles across 48 countries, with a primary focus on Europe and Asia. We are proud to be service providers to several major international ID verification companies.Previously, as Chairman and CEO of Micron-ASA, I oversaw both the marketing and IT development teams. Notably, I managed Procter & Gamble’s digital advertising and CRM projects in Italy and France for five years (1999-2003).I am Italian and fluent in French and English.In 2006, I led the development of Mail-Maker, a marketing automation platform for email and SMS direct campaigns, which rapidly became one of Italy’s leading technologies. By 2011, we expanded Mail-Maker’s offerings with an eCoupon channel and Digital Gift services, designed to manage online sales promotions.Since 2014, I have focused on Lead Generation services, creating the largest B2C and B2B database for digital outbound marketing in Italy. Today, Digital Metrics provides over 17.5 million GDPR-compliant profiles for SMS campaigns and telesales services.My areas of expertise include digital CRM, ID verification, lead generation, direct marketing automation, email and SMS advertising, digital media brokering, and digital communication.
