- Directed the set-up and execution of a three years Performance Transformation program aimed at achieving 15% savings for an European Telco Operator, experiencing negative cash flows; the program addressed the whole.
- Led a team of four consultants and data scientists to develop a Next Best Action engine for a Telco operator aimed at achieving 10% top line growth by renovating the approach toward the Customer Value Management
- Managed team of two analysts to develop a Python suite to improve energy management activities of a European Multi-Utility, obtaining a 25% increase in expected gross margin
- Defined Procurement Strategy for Security and Safety Systems for a Multi-national conglomerate, identifying up to 10% of cost reduction
- Coordinated a client team of more than 20 people to identify more than 50 initiatives aimed at achieving 20% of cost reduction for a European Airport Safety and Security player
