Application Specialist Cdm - Ophtalmic Diagnostic
CurrentResponsible for delivering expert application support across a range of advanced diagnostic ophthalmology solutions (OCT, Perimeters, Ultra Wide Field Imaging, Angio-OCT, Retinographs, Fluorangiographs, Therapeutic Lasers, and Management Software). Main responsibilities include: • Managing all aspects of the demo process, from coordinating equipment logistics to providing in-depth technical and application support during demonstrations, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams. • Providing comprehensive training both before and after sales, offering support during all sales stages to technical staff and sales representatives, covering practical and theoretical elements of the product portfolio. • Conducting specialized clinical training on diagnostic tools and key ophthalmic conditions for healthcare professionals and internal teams. • Preparing and maintaining technical documentation for public tenders, including the development, updating, and translation of product information sheets and marketing materials. • Supporting technical aspects at national and international conferences, congresses, and trade exhibitions. • Organizing and delivering training programs for university students and healthcare workers.
