- Lead technical project execution.- Evaluate the operational risk of severely damaged blades.- Conduct risk assessments and damage evaluations on wind turbine blades.- Develop repair solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.- Support the quality team in 8D methodology and root cause analysis (RCA).- Collaborate daily with production, product, quality, process, and management teams.- Identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction while maintaining quality and client project standards.- Create technical documentation and deliver training sessions.- Act as a technical liaison between client project requirements and internal teams.

- Program and oversee maintenance control.- Manage the execution of corrective maintenance services and repair teams.- Read and interpret technical drawings.- Develop new suppliers in mechanic and metallurgy, conducting analytical needs assessments for products/services.- Plan material and equipment replenishment based on consumption history, budget availability, and demand forecasts.- Collaborate with suppliers and internal clients to implement operational improvements in maintenance processes.- Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) indicator meetings.- Monitor the criticality of the maintenance backlog.- Develop strategies for maintenance downtime.

- Provide support to field supervisors.- Manage departmental KPIs to ensure optimal performance.- Read and interpret technical drawings.- Responsible for initiating, tracking, and closing non-conformance reports in collaboration with the quality team.

- Support management with monthly sales performance presentations.- Assist the sales team with revenue reporting and analysis.- Directly oversee product pricing formulation
