The Political Science Student Corps (KOMAP) is a Student Association within the Department of Political Science and Government, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). It has the task and function of serving as a student board that advocates the internal needs of undergraduate students within the department and develops the community of Yogyakarta and Indonesia.

Based on Presidential Regulation Number 83 of 2019, the Executive Office of the President (KSP) is an institution that is subordinate to and directly accountable to President Joko Widodo. In its duties, KSP assists the President and Vice President in controlling the implementation of three strategic activities: i) National Priority Programs, ii) presidential political communication, and iii) strategic issues.1. Conducted research regarding the Election System in Papua and IKN’s Climate Change Roadmap;2. Prepared discussion materials, documents, and presentations for the Deputy’s Yearly Meeting;3. Designed the format for the Deputy Annual Performance Report of 2023 and Deputy Work Agenda for 2024;4. Contributed as a speaker at the Youth Capacity Building at Jakarta Presidential Palace;5. Supported the process of tapping videos by the Presidential Chief of Staff, General (ret.) Dr. Moeldoko, for various agenda;6. Assisted disemination team’s documentary project official trip to Capital City of Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan;7. Monitored and designed a dashboard of societal movements regarding the 2024 General Election and the President’s legitimacy.

In 2024, Indonesia held General Elections to elect the President-Vice President to the People Representative Council at the District/City level. The Polling Station Organizing Groups (KPPS) are implementing units at the Village/Urban level for voting and vote counting under the Regional Voting Committee (PPS).1. Led 6 KPPS members, 2 security guards, 1 polling station supervisor, and coordinated with the local neighborhood and PPS;2. Served the voting process for 292 voters, 3 of whom are people with disabilities;3. Received witnesses (legislative representatives, parties and election candidates) to monitor the election process;4. Assisted in preparation for the establishment of polling station locations and logistical requirements for voting materials and vote counting;5. Signed and verified 1500 ballot papers;6. Approved the voting results in 5 types of elections;7. Conducted the election accountability report for the Regional Voting Committee.

The Indonesian Young Researchers Association (APMI) is a science community originating from the alumni association of the Indonesian Student Research Competition (KoPSI) organized by the National Achievement Center (Puspresnas), Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. With a vision to #MembumikanPenelitian, APMI serves as a bridge between students and the research world through programs, events, workshops, and training.1. Led and facilitated the Regional Java team members;2. Organized online programs and events with the theme of Popularizing Research;3. Strengthened partnerships and collaboration with potential stakeholders in the field of research among high school students.

The Student Board (Dema) of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences is an organization that consolidates with 6 student associations in the faculty. It has the task and function of serving as a student board that advocates the internal needs of undergraduate students within the faculty and develops the community of Yogyakarta and Indonesia.1. Planned and executed student activities and events in the faculty;2. Bridged communication between departments and faculties in implementing programs and events;3. Hosted a personal branding workshop attended by 80 people;4. Collected data requirements for the Student Union Year-Ending Event in collaboration with 18 faculty student activity units;5. Prepared logistics for the division's internal gathering events.

Special Task Unit (TPO) is a non-structural team that is subordinate to and directly accountable to the Chairperson of the Student Executive Board of UGM. In its duties and responsibilities, TPO functions as a safety-net for each Coordinating Ministry in carrying out work programs or executing on strategic programs that are incidental to the Chairperson or Coordinating Minister.1. Assisted the task of the Coordinating Minister for Relations and the Minister of External Affairs in accelerating priority programs;2. Strengthened relations and explored potential cooperation with external stakeholders;3. Coordinated the Universitas Padjajaran's comparison visit program, which involved 150 participants;4. Represented organizations at visitations, hearings and meetings from various government agencies;5. Formulated strategies for reorganizing the Special Task Unit of the UGM Student Executive Board.

The National Debate Community Center (NDCC) is a debate community that originated from the alumni association of the Indonesian Debate Competition (LDBI) organized by the National Achievement Center (Puspresnas), Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. With a vision to realize the proliferation of debates throughout Indonesia, NDCC serves as a bridge between students and the debating world through programs, events, workshops, and training.1. Assisted the division head in attending and leading meetings, activities, or invitations from external parties;2. Conducted minutes-taking tasks for meetings and managing divisional document archives;3. Prepared administrative formats and secretarial needs for the Internal Affairs Division.

The National Student Council Forum (FON) is a forum of student council presidents from across Indonesia, comprising 100 best student council presidents in each year. Consisting of alumni from the Indonesia Student Leadership Camp by the Human Development Universitas Indonesia, FON has a vision to be a platform for collaboration and inspiration across regions. #BersatuCerdaskanBangsa (the mandate of the Indonesian constitution) is the spirit of FON's movement for uniting students all over Indonesia through various programs and policy advocation.1. Coordinated 100 student council presidents across regions and maintained relations between alumni generations;2. Transformed work culture and values, restructuring Forum OSIS Nasional’s management, and determining the positions of division/region heads in a meritocratic manner;3. Spearheaded the agenda for establishing partnerships and legalizing the Forum OSIS Nasional with 10th Commission DPR RI and the Ministry of Education and Culture;4. Initiated collaborative programs such as the Beasiswa FON with Telkom University, Sosialisasi Jalur PTN with Direktorat SMA, Edukasi Pemilih Pemula with KPU RI, Webinar Ramadan Nusantara with the Kemenag, and other collaborations;5. Designed a regeneration and transition system for the leadership term of 2023-2024 for the Indonesia Student Leadership Camp 2023;6. Contributed as key-note speaker in various events and attended invitations from external parties;7. Accompanied the impact of the National Student Council Forum to inspire more than 20,000 students across Indonesia.

IPEKA BSD Education and Sport Tournament (IPBEST) is an annual multi-school event organized by IPEKA BSD Christian School. The fields competed in each year have expanded from just sports to include arts categories. Participated in by schools in the Jabodetabek area, it serves as a platform for fostering a spirit of fair play competition. 1. Assisted the Chairperson to coordinate 222 personnel consisting of committee members, volunteers, teachers, and staff;2. Bridged communication between the head of the event with school leaders and high school principals;3. Provided inputs, considerations, suggestions, ideas, and critics regarding preparation for the event;4. Prepared the event structure as well as committee and volunteer registration mechanisms;5. Coordinated the field committee consisting of the security team, medical team, documentation team and tenants team;6. Negotiated with potential sponsors, vendors and tenants for logistics and funding needs;7. Oversaw the committee members' SOP compliance, work culture, and ethics.

The Senior High Student Council is the only official student organization at the senior high school level at IPEKA BSD Christian School. With a vision for "Realizing progressiveness in the character and skills of IPEKA BSD high school students with a spirit of collaboration to become a blessing to others", SH STUCO strives to achieve this by applying a spirit of collaboration and principles of good governance.1. Led 34 committee members and coordinated with class representatives, student activity unit officers, teachers, principals, and the head of school;2. Transformed the organizational structure, changed department nomenclature, realigned tasks and functions in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, hybrid period, and full offline;3. Spearheaded the organizational direction oriented towards the concepts of "Student Council as enabler" and "Student as co-creator";4. Instilled the principles of Good Governance in the organization and a high-standard work ethos in every member;5. Encouraged a spirit of innovation within each head of department;6. Initiated the IPEKA Student Council Network, a collaboration platform among 9 schools under the IPEKA foundation, and hosted the first conference in 2022 attended by the CEO of IPEKA Christian School;7. Accompanied committee members in planning and executing 77 work programs with a success rate of 93,5% completion.

+Jakarta (pronounced: PlusJakarta) is a branding program spearheaded by the Governor of Jakarta, Anies Baswedan. +Jakarta is established to become the sole official branding of the city used in all government activities both within and outside the city. Additionally, +Jakarta serves as a platform for collaboration between the government, communities, society, and other stakeholders to contribute to realizing the vision of "Maju Kotanya, Bahagia Warganya". +Jakarta was formed under the Governor's Regulation Number 58 of 2020 about the Branding of Jakarta City.1. Interviewed the managers of JakLingko (integrated transportation payment system) and wrote an article about transportation payment solutions in Jakarta;2. Conducted the first trial of the JakLingko card on the Jakarta LRT and BRT (TransJakarta);3. Visited the construction project site of the Jakarta International Stadium;4. Served as registration and protocol committee at the IniJakarta Festival;5. Attended the presentation on the Transformasi Jakarta 2017-2022: Gagasan, Narasi, Karya, by the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan;6. Interviewed and wrote articles about youth initiatives in Jakarta with the Jakarta Student Council Forum (FOS DKI) and Bye Bye Plastic Bag Jakarta;7. Participated in activities and the main event of the 495th Anniversary of DKI Jakarta.

Oversaw and ensure the installation of visual displays at the event venue.

The Junior High Student Council is the only official student organization at the junior high school level at IPEKA BSD Christian School.1. Led 30 committee members alongside the Student Council advisor teachers;2. Advocated student needs such as worship music set and water dispenser;3. Executed routine work programs such as Independence Day Celebration, Heroes' Day, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Class Meetings, National Education Day, and other celebrations.
